ALL SELLERS - Please forward your PLI or market traders insurance when completing booking.
3D PRINTER SELLERS - Please check this link for what is required to be able to trade at our events. This is will be requested to be seen before being allowed to trade at a venue at the request of our town's trading standards which we must adhere to
FOOD / DRINK SELLERS - Please contact us first before you book on as various venues have various rules of what can be sold. Also need your Food Hygiene documentation and the council you are registered with.

KPop Live Tour, Huddersfield - Sun 12th July - Only looking for one sweet & one dessert trader
Golden Square Warrington Comic-Con - Sat 18th July. The first event here was the highest footfall the centre has ever had on a single day. Based in the shopping centre with multiple props, movie cars and characters. We’re expecting this to be a highly popular day again with the local community.
Keighley - THREE EVENTS IN 3 WEEKS:
Keighley Comic-Con - Sat 8th Aug - First event here but was popular under a previous organiser pre-Covid.
Keighley Card Show - Sat 15th Aug - Specifically for Trading Card vendors, along with a couple of food/dessert/sweets traders and others by agreement.
Keighley Dino Show - Sat 22nd Aug - Only looking for one sweet & one dessert trader
Bolton Market Place - Sat 15th & Sun 16th JAugust. This is a Geek Market, not a full comic-con, hence the price being 1/3 less, but it's well supported and publicised and should trade well - all from the main mall level only.
Huddersfield Card Show - Sat 19th Sept - Specifically for Trading Card vendors, along with a couple of dessert/sweets traders and others by agreement.
Runcorn Shopping City - Sat 26th Sept - Less trader tables this year due to size of trading area but always trades well and a popular day for the town.
We will try and incorporate requests for being next to someone/end table etc. but please ensure anything is requested in the notes. Please book backing table at the same time as your normal table so we know how many to order and that it’s on the same order form and doesn’t get missed.
